Your Opportunity

We are looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join B.Braun and promote our range of Pain and Anaesthesia products in our NSW South territory.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will partner with public and private hospitals and day surgeries to drive sales growth and market share, well supported by our experienced and dedicated Pain and Anaesthesia team.

 Your Responsibilities

• Liaising with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health to promote our Pain and Anaesthesia portfolio in New South Wales South region.
• Identifying customer needs, generating leads and presenting product information
• Prioritising implementations, in-services, and sales calls
• Working effectively with our Clinical Education and Marketing teams to provide superior customer service.
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

 About You

 Ideally, your background will include:

• Experience or passion for Hospital sales
• Resilient and results driven, with a long term, relationship-based sales approach.
• Strong team orientation and a desire to learn.
• Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
• Excellent communication, time management and a high attention to detail
