Your Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Portfolio Manager to join our Ambulatory Care team, to drive the market share of our Urinary Care and Ostomy products in New South Wales.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Ambulatory Care and Pain Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Urinary Care and Ostomy portfolio. This will include developing and executing strategies to achieve sales and margin targets as well as increase market share. This position involves close collaboration with the sales team, management, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful growth and positioning of our portfolios.

Your Responsibilities

In this role you will-

  • Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the product portfolio, including budget, forecasting, and sales support.
  • Create and implement marketing solutions, promotional strategies, and collateral.
  • Analyse market data, provide recommendations, and contribute to identifying opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through regular interactions and customer visits
  • Ensure achievement of sales budgets, contribute to pricing strategies, and support product trials.

 About You

 To be successful in this role you will have -

  • Several years’ marketing experience, preferably in medical devices
  • Formal qualification in Marketing, Science, Nursing or an MBA
  • Ability to work within tight timeframes, in complex environments within a large product portfolio.
  • Strong team orientation and approach
  • Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management skills and organisation skills
