About the Opportunity

As Product Specialist, your main focus is to promote our range of Neurosurgical products and partner with customers/clients; providing them with the best solutions and support which will ultimately contribute to improving outcomes for patients. Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring market dynamics, identifying customer needs, tracking competitor activities, and capitalising on opportunities including leads generation and presenting product information 
• Developing and implementing sales plans for existing and new products including pricing strategies, promotional campaigns and product lifecycle management
• Attending and providing technical support for neurosurgical cases, running product training and facilitating trials and evaluations
• Building strong customer relations and effectively communicating with key opinion leaders in both clinical and purchasing areas

About the Requirements

• Seasoned hospital sales professional with a proven track record of sales achievements in Neurosurgical devices
• Resilient and results driven, with a long term, relationship based sales approach
• Agile, solutions focussed, and a strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence
• Highly driven, autonomous and excellent organisation and time management skills
