Your Opportunity

As a key part of our ANZ CRM strategy, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and curious CRM Manager and to join our friendly team at B.Braun

In your new role, and reporting to the Director - Ambulatory Channel, you will bring your experience with CRM implementations, your sales and marketing nous and your ‘can-do’ attitude to help ensure the smooth implementation of Salesforce Lightning at B.Braun.

Your Responsibilities

  • Implement the B.Braun CRM strategy with the local CRM System
  • Longer term focus on CRM/Business integration and optimization across all B.Braun divisions, ensuring the best use of technology throughout the business to deliver change and innovation
  • Deliver change management, management of development (done overseas), solution sourcing and process improvements
  • Support the sales division to establish dashboards and develop data analytics to support the business
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns via CRM

About You

Ideally, your background will include:

  • Several years’ experience with end to end CRM implementations – preferably with Salesforce (Salesforce Lightning would be ideal
  • Technical skills with SAP and Power BI are preferred
  • A commercial, business oriented focus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Degree qualifications in IT, Business/Commerce or Marketing, and qualifications in Project Management
